HARRIET & DANIEL
Are Getting Married
FRIDAY 10TH JULY
We are very pleased you can join us on our special day. This site is to help introduce you to Mersea Island and our wedding plans.
Mersea Island is in Essex and can be reached by road driving over the Strood.
Tide times for the day will go here.
We will be married on Friday and hope many of you may choose to enjoy the beaches and hopefully weather over the weekend!
Where to Stay
On Mersea Island itself you'll find a small number of hotels and B&Bs, many AirBnB rentals or Holiday Lets. Also you have Holiday Parks with lodges or even camp sites.
Off the island there are many options also for the wider Colchester area accessible by taxi or car.
Things to Do
For those with time to spare over the weekend - we hope the weather in July will be glorious and mostly would recommend you enjoy the outdoors. Mersea is famous for its quiet beaches (possibly jointly famous with the oysters) and swimming in the sea. On top of that you have great food, Mersea Island Vineyard and Brewery.
